The Client is required to be present in most, if not all sessions and should assist in the sorting and organizing process. The client should be focused on the task at hand and should limit distractions. This will ensure that the client will get the best result in terms of productivity during the session.
Time begins as soon as we arrive at your home and stops when we walk out the door. We will end our session at least 15 minutes prior to ending time , to allow time for payment and or scheduling of next session.
Shopping + Products is the Client's responsibility. OSO, LLC does offer an Organizing Product Shopping Service.
Payment for consultation must be received before the booking is finalized.
There are no refunds for the consultation fee.
Payment for hands-on work sessions are due at the time of service.
Travel farther than 30 miles from zip code 75025 is an additional $15.
Accepted forms of payment are: PayPal, invoice, some forms of Digital Payments (ask prior to making a payment), and Credit Cards can be accepted for a 2% Service fee. We also accept Cash ONLY at the completion of each session if agreed.
Photo Waiver + Release:
Client authorizes Open Spaces Organizing LLC (OSO, LLC) to photograph, audio record, and video record organizing projects. Client authorizes OSO, LLC to preproduce, publish, copy, distribute and share the photos, recordings with prospective and current clients, for illustrative and marketing purposes, and on websites and/or social media platforms.
Client waives all rights to view and/or approve and and all photos or recordings. Client understands that their identity will remain anonymous and details abut the location of Client's home or space will not be disclosed. Client understands OSO, LLC retains copyright of photos and recordings and waived any and all rights for payment, royalties or compensation of any kind for us of said photos and recordings.
Client has the right to terminate services at any time. If client elects to terminate services, Client remains responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.
If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge.
Other reasons for non-refundable cancellations:
No access to home after 30 minutes of scheduled time will result in a cancellation.
Our cleaner arrives and someone inside the home is sick. For everyone's safety, please call to reschedule if someone is not feeling well in the home. In these cases appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Our cleaner is harrassed, intimidated, or feels threatened.
If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
